摘　　要：本文通过对一氧化碳装置冷箱系统降温、低温甲醇洗引合成气至温变吸附塔降温、冷箱进气开车操作过程描述,针对开车过程出现的问题,提出预防措施及建议。This paper describes the operation process including the cooling of the carbon monoxide unit’s cold box system,the cooling of synthesis gas form the low-temperature methanol washing to the temperature swing adsorption tower,and the cold box air intake start-up.Preventive measures and suggestions for problems that occured during start-up are proposed.
