摘　　要：金属管道焊接质量是直接影响合成氨项目安装工程质量的重要因素,如何保证焊接一次合格率是工艺管道焊接质量控制的研究核心。本文从工程质量监督角度,对建设、施工监理、检测、参建单位人员资格、进场考试、焊接设备状态调试、进场焊接材料报验、焊接工艺评定及工艺规程符合性等全方面进行管理及优化,保证焊接一次合格率达到建设质量目标的要求。The welding quality of metal pipeline is an important factor that directly affects the installation quality of synthetic ammonia project.How to ensure the one time pass rate of welding is the core of research on welding quality control of process pipeline.From the perspective of engineering quality supervision,guide construction,construction supervision,testing,participating units personnel qualification,entrance examination,welding equipment status debugging,entrance welding material inspection,welding process evaluation and process regulation compliance are conducted conduct management and optimization in all aspects,so as to ensure that the one time pass rate of welding meets the requirements of construction quality objectives.
