摘 要:虽然肿瘤的靶向治疗及免疫治疗将成为未来肿瘤系统治疗的趋势,但放、化疗因其价格低廉、作用广泛,目前仍被视为治疗癌症主要手段之一。放、化疗毒副作用的产生可限制治疗的疗效,影响机体免疫力,运用现代医疗手段处理仍十分棘手;在此过程中患者极易对放疗、化疗的应用产生抵抗情绪,使后续治疗难以实施,导致疾病进展,最终影响患者预后。近些年大量中医相关临床实践研究发现,经方、时方的应用可明显缓解放、化疗所致毒副作用,疗效明确而显著,一定程度上可以提高患者生存质量,延长生存期。由此可见对于毒副作用的难治性及高发性,中药汤剂的干预治疗或许可为其提供新的机遇。故为了进一步探究经方、时方在肿瘤治疗中的应用,该文对放、化疗所致毒副作用的机制,经方、时方治疗毒副反应作用机制以及近五年治疗肿瘤常见毒副作用的经方、时方3个方面作一综述。希望通过该文对经方、时方防治放、化疗毒副作用研究进展的系统总结,促进经方、时方在肿瘤治疗领域的应用和发展。Although targeted therapy and immunotherapy will become the trend of systematic therapy for tumor in the future, radiotherapy and chemotherapy are still regarded as one of the main means to treat cancer due to their low price and wide application. The toxic and side effects of radiotherapy and chemotherapy can limit the therapeutic effect and affect the body immunity, which is very difficult to deal with by modern medical means, and in this process, patients are prone to develop resistance to the application of radiotherapy and chemotherapy, which makes it difficult to implement follow-up treatment, leading to disease progression and ultimately affecting the prognosis of patients. In recent years, a large number of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)-related clinical studies have found that classical prescriptions and non-classical prescriptions can markedly alleviate the toxic and side effects caused by radiotherapy and chemotherapy, with clear and significant efficacy, and to some extent, they can improve the quality of life and prolong the survival period of patients. Therefore, TCM decoction may provide new opportunities for intervening in the refractory and high-incidence toxic and side effects. To further explore the application of classical prescriptions and non-classical prescriptions in tumor, this study reviewed the mechanism of toxic and side effects caused by radiotherapy and chemotherapy, the mechanism of classical prescriptions and non-classical prescriptions in the treatment of toxic and side effects, and the classical prescriptions and non-classical prescriptions used for treating common toxic and side effects in recent five years. This study was expected to promote the application and development of classical prescriptions and non-classical prescriptions in the field of cancer treatment by systematically summarizing their research progress in the prevention and treatment of toxic and side effects caused by radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
