摘 要:基于陕西省208份企业家有效问卷,分析龙头企业带富效应和企业家心理资本存量的关系,并运用SPSS 27.0软件对各变量进行相关分析和回归分析。研究显示:企业家心理资本对龙头企业带富效应有显著正影响,其中自我效能感与带富效应的Pearson相关系数最高,回归系数也最高,希望与带富效应不存在显著相关关系。提出构建心理资本和带富效应的考评机制、优化龙头企业家生存环境并对其进行心理扶持等建议。Based on 208 valid questionnaires of entrepreneurs in Shaanxi province, this paper investigates and analyzes the relationship between leading enterprises’ wealth-bringing effect and entrepreneurs’ psychological capital stock, and then then uses software SPSS 27.0 to conduct correlation analysis and regression analysis for each variable.Research results show that the entrepreneur’s psychological capital has the significant positive influence on the wealth-bringing effect of leading enterprises.Among them, the Pearson correlation coefficient between self-efficacy and wealth-bringing effect is the highest, so is the regression coefficient.But there is no significant correlation between hope and wealth-bringing effect.Accordingly, this paper puts forward following suggestions: constructing evaluation mechanism about psychological capital and wealth-bringing effect, optimizing the living environment of leading entrepreneurs and giving them psychological support.
