摘　　要：长征是中国共产党成长历程中的重要事件,长征中毛泽东领导地位的确立是中国共产党从幼年走向成熟的转折点,其间召开的一系列重要会议串联起了毛泽东领导地位确立的历史逻辑,呈现出中国共产党在伟大斗争中酝酿并产生领导核心的生动画卷。毛泽东领导地位的确立不仅保证了长征的最终胜利,而且沉淀出深远及重要的历史昭示价值:只有确立领导核心才能从根本上保证党的凝聚力和战斗力;只有发扬独立自主精神才能永葆党的创造力和自信心;只有贯彻民主集中才能保障党的执行力和决断力。The Long March is an important event in the growth process of the Communist Party of China.The establishment of Mao Zedong’s leadership position in the long march is a turning point for the Communist Party of China from childhood to maturity.A series of important meetings held in the Long March have connected the historical logic of the establishment of Mao Zedong’s leadership, showing that the Communist Party of China has brewed and produced a new animation of the leadership core in the great struggle.The establishment of Mao Zedong’s leadership not only ensured the final victory of the Long March, but also precipitated far-reaching and important historical values: only by establishing the leadership core can we fundamentally ensure the party’s cohesion and combat effectiveness;only by carrying forward the spirit of independence can we always maintain the creativity and self-confidence of the party;only by implementing democratic centralism can we ensure the Party’s executive and decisive power.
