摘　　要：近一个世纪以来腰交感神经节阻滞被广泛用于诊断和治疗下肢的神经病变和缺血相关疼痛。但其临床应用范围、有效性以及相关合并症的预防仍然存在不同观点。本共识总结了腰交感神经节阻滞的适应证、治疗目标与疗效判定方法、并发症的防治,并结合局部解剖学对不同影像引导下的腰交感神经节阻滞方法进行了系统论述,意图为此法的临床应用提供指导。Lumbar sympathetic ganglion block has been widely used in the diagnosis and treatment of neuropathy and ischemia-related pain in the lower extremities for nearly a century.However,there are still different views on the scope of its clinical application,effectiveness and prevention of related comorbidities.This expert consensus summarizes the indications,treatment goals and efficacy evaluation methods,prevention and treatment of complications of lumbar sympathetic ganglion block;and discusses systematically the methods of lumbar sympathetic ganglion block with different imaging techniques,based on the analysis of local anatomy,to guide its clinical application.
