摘　　要：树脂毒素(RTX)是瞬时受体TRPV1的激动剂,作为辣椒辣素的超强效类似物,可用于治疗癌性疼痛、糖尿病疼痛、炎性疼痛以及多种神经病理性疼痛,本文就此予以介绍。Resiniferatoxin(RTX),an ultrapotent capsaicin analog and agonist of the transient receptor potential vanilloid 1(TPRV1),can be used for treatment of cancer pain,diabetic neuropathy pain,inflammatory pain and neuropathic pain.This paper introduces the application of resiniferatoxin in these pain disorders.
