摘 要:随着人们对抗生素耐药性的日益关注,安全、天然和经济的抗生素替代品开发与应用成为家禽生产中研究的重点。益生菌具有作为抗生素的潜力,能够在宿主体内发挥益生作用。益生菌能够改善家禽健康、生长性能、饲料效率以及控制病原体。益生菌的益生机制包括竞争性排斥和拮抗病原体、调节肠道微生物群、产生抗菌物质、刺激免疫系统以及改善养分消化率和肠道形态发育。文章讨论了家禽生产中所应用的益生菌的效果和机制,为益生菌在家禽养殖中的应用提供参考。With the increasing concern of antibiotic resistance,the development and application of safe,natural and economical alternatives to antibiotics has become the focus of research in poultry production.Probiotics have the potential to act as antibiotics and can exert definite probiotic effects in host body.Probiotics can improve poultry health,growth performance and feed efficiency and control pathogens.The probiotic mechanisms of probiotics include competitive rejection and antagonism of pathogens,regulation of intestinal microbiome,production of antibacterial substances,stimulation of immune system,and enhancement of nutrient digestibility and intestinal morphological development.The paper discusses effect and mechanism of probiotics applied in poultry production,to provide reference for the application of probiotics in poultry farming.
