中国智能金融发展评价及提升路径分析

摘　　要：随着人工智能与金融业的逐渐融合,对智能金融发展水平进行有效统计监测和评价成为决策部门和学术界共同关注的热点问题。本文从智能金融发展深度、发展绩效、生态环境、服务与评价四个角度构建了智能金融发展指标评价体系,并运用模糊集定性比较分析法,探究了不同因素之间的协同组合效应对智能金融的影响和提升智能金融发展水平的多元路径。研究发现:地区间智能金融发展水平差异大,东部较高、中部次之、西部和东北较低;高智能金融发展水平具有“多重并发”的特点;可通过人力资源型、产业结构型与服务评价型三种路径提升智能金融发展水平;我国东、中、西部高智能金融发展水平相应的提升路径存在显著差异。各地区应重视智能金融发展水平之间的区域差距,因地制宜,制定符合自身实际情况的智能金融发展政策;重视智能金融发展因素之间的协同整合,从“整体性”视角出发,有针对性地制定促进智能金融发展的政策。With the integration of artificial intelligence and finance,it is significant to effectively monitor and evaluate the development level of artificial intelligent finance in China.This study constructs an evaluation system of artificial intelligent finance from four aspects:development depth,development performance,ecological environment,service and evaluation,and uses the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method to explore the influence of the synergistic effect of various factors on artificial intelligent finance and its multiple promotion paths.The results imply that the development levels of artificial intelligent finance vary greatly among provinces,which are higher in the east,followed by the middle,and lower in the west and northeast.Furthermore,the high development levels are multiple concurrent,and there are three main promotion paths of artificial intelligent finance:human resource type,industrial structure type,and service evaluation type.Similarly,the promotion paths of artificial intelligent finance are significantly different in various regions.Each province should pay attention to the regional imbalance of development levels and formulate policies in line with their local conditions.Besides,policymakers should focus on the synergistic integration of artificial intelligent finance factors from a holistic perspective.
