摘 要:目的探索压缩感知技术(CS)加速因子(AF)对腰骶丛神经3D-T_(2)^(*)-FFE磁共振成像图像质量的影响。方法招募志愿者21例[男10例,平均年龄(45.00±13.85)岁]。3.0T MR结合平行采样技术(SENSE)以及CS的腰骶丛神经3D-T_(2)^(*)-FFE序列扫描,采用的AF分别为SENSE AF=2、CS AF=2、3、4、5、6。由两名观察者在原始图上划定感兴趣区测量信号强度(SI)和噪声强度(SD),并计算信噪比(SNR)和对比噪声比(CNR)。对图像质量进行四分法主观评分。组内相关系数(ICC)、Kappa检验两观察者测量数据和主观评分的一致性,若一致性良好,选择高年资医师主观评分进行后续分析。使用Friedman检验不同AF之间SNR、CNR及主观评分的差异性。若差异性有统计学意义,则使用最小差异性检验(LSD法)进行两两比较。结果两名观察者测量数据和主观评分一致性良好(ICC:0.841~0.998,Kappa:0.774~0.915)。不同AF之间SNR、CNR和主观评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与SENSE 2相比,当CS=2时,多个节段神经节、神经干主观评分及客观评分增高(P<0.05);CS=3时,其主观与客观评估增高(P<0.05)或相仿;CS≥4时,多节段神经节、神经干主观评分明显降低(P<0.05),SNR、CNR也下降(P<0.05)。结论腰骶丛神经3D-T_(2)^(*)-FFE序列随着AF的增加,扫描时间逐渐降低。CS AF=3对比SENSE AF=2,在确保图像质量前提下,扫描时间缩短43.11%。临床推荐使用CS=3行腰骶丛神经3D-T_(2)^(*)-FFE序列扫描。Objective Exploring the impact of compressed SENSE(CS)on the image quality of lumbosacral plexus nerve 3 D-T_(2)^(*)-FFE sequences.Methods A total of 21 volunteers(10 males,mean age:45.00±13.85)were scanned using a 3.0 T MR scanner.Each subject underwent a series of 3 D-T_(2)^(*)-FFE scan with varying acceleration factors:SENSE=2,CS=2,3,4,5,6.Two observers delineate the ROI on the original image to measure the signal intensity(SI)and noise intensity(SD).Calculating the signal to noise ratio(SNR)and contrast to noise ratio(CNR).Subjective scoring of image quality by quarter method.The intraclass correlation coefficient and Kappa test was adopted to evaluate the consistency of the scores from the two radiologists.If the consistency was in good agreement,the corresponding images would be adopted for the analysis in further by senior physicians.In the following analysis,the Friedman test was used to assess the difference of SNR,CNR and score between groups,and the LSD test was employed to make a pairwise comparison.Results The measurement data and score of the two observers were in good agreement(ICC:0.841-0.998,Kappa:0.774-0.915).The differences in SNR,CNR and subjective scores between AFs were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with SENSE 2,when CS=2,the subjective score and objective score of multiple segment ganglia and nerve stem increased(P<0.05);when CS=3,the subjective and objective evaluation increased(P<0.05)or similar;when CS≥4,the subjective score of multiple segment ganglia and nerve stem was significantly reduced(P<0.05),SNR and CNR also decreased(P<0.05).Conclusions Scan time for the Lumbosacral plexus nerve decreased gradually with increase of the CS acceleration factor.CS factor of 3 was recommended for clinical to achieve an optimal balance between scan time and image quality,with scan time decrease to 43.11%.
