摘　　要：侦查工作历经传统侦查、信息主导侦查、大数据驱动侦查阶段之后,已进入智慧侦查阶段。智慧侦查模式是在大数据社会新的认识论的指导下,侦查机关及侦查人员依托大数据、物联网、区块链、云计算、人工智能等侦查工具,对犯罪活动开展的带有示范性、标准化的智能预警、智能拦截、智能识别以及智能分析等的一种认知模式和行为模式。其在理论形态上,涉及智慧侦查认识本体论、方法论和工具论;在实践形态上,包含由人到案、由案到案、由物到案、类案侦破、串案侦破等各种侦查行为模式。智慧侦查模式的未来发展需从理论突破和实践创新两方面展开,同时要理性权衡智慧侦查模式发展利弊,兼顾侦查效能的提升与公民合法权益的有力维护。After the traditional, information-led and big-data-driven stages of investigation, it has entered the intelligence detection stage. Under the guidance of the new epistemology in Big Data Society, the Intelligence Investigation Mode is based on big data, internet of things, blockchain, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and etc. It is a kind of cognitive mode and behavior mode with demonstration, standardization,intelligent early warning, intelligent interception, intelligent identification and intelligent analysis. In this theoretical form, it involves the cognitive ontology, methodology and instrumentalism of intelligence investigation;in the practical form, it includes various modes of investigation behavior, such as from person to case, from case to case, from object to case, case-like detection, case-collusion detection, and etc. The future development of intelligent investigation mode should be carried out from both theoretical breakthrough and practical innovation, at the same time, the advantages and disadvantages of intelligent investigation mode should be rationally weighed, and the enhancement of investigation efficiency and the vigorous maintenance of citizens’ legitimate rights and interests should be given consideration.
