创新拓展区体育旅游生态圈建设的内在机理、问题论域及应然举措

摘　　要：作为横跨生产、服务与消费,兼容公益性与商业性的一种新型体育旅游发展模式,近年来区域体育旅游生态圈建设倍受社会各界的高度关注。为进一步促进我国体育产业高质量发展,切实提高我国区域体育旅游生态圈建设的科学性、有效性和实用性,拟从价值意蕴、创新拓展区体育旅游生态圈建设内在机理、面临问题和应然举措四个维度,就创新拓展区体育旅游生态圈建设现状展开了更为充分的探讨和研究。研究结果表明,资源整合机制缺失,通信网络技术瓶颈、技术应用程度偏低、公共服务能力不足及生态保护措施滞后等,仍是当前制约我国创新拓展区体育旅游生态圈建设所面临的主要问题。为此,也提出优化政策引导,创新拓展区体育旅游生态圈资源整合机制,夯实创新拓展区体育旅游生态圈数字平台运营机制,充分发挥创新拓展区体育旅游生态圈的协调共享机制、创新拓展区域体育旅游生态圈的生态保护机制等重要举措,旨在为我国体育旅游业高质量、可持续发展提供宝贵经验与理论借鉴。As a new type of sports tourism development mode that spans production,service and consumption,and is compatible with public welfare and commerce,the construction of regional sports tourism ecosystem has attracted great attention from all walks of life in recent years.In order to further promote the high-quality development of the sports industry and effectively improve the scientificity,effectiveness and practicability of the innovation and expansion of regional sports tourism ecosystem in China,this paper intends to carry out a relatively full discussion and research on the construction of innovative and expanded regional sports tourism ecosystem from the four dimensions of value implication,the internal mechanism of the construction of sports tourism ecosystem in innovation and expansion zones,the problems faced and the measures to be taken.The research results show that the lack of resource integration mechanism,the bottleneck of communication network technology,the low degree of technology application,the insufficient public service capacity and the lagging ecological protection measures are still the main problems that restrict the construction of the sports tourism ecosystem in innovation and expansion zones in China.For this reason,the author proposes to optimize policy guidance and innovate in the resource integration mechanism of sports tourism ecosystem in the expansion zones,tamp the operation mechanism of the digital platform of the sports tourism ecosystem in the innovation and expansion zones,give full play to the coordination and sharing mechanism of the sports tourism ecosystem in the innovation and expansion zones,innovate in and expand the ecological protection mechanism of the regional sports tourism ecosystem and other relevant measures,so as to provide experience and theoretical reference for the high-quality and sustainable development of China’s sports tourism industry.
