摘　　要：随着老龄化的加重,嘉兴开始探索“医养结合+智慧养老”模式。从搭建服务平台、提供基础服务、开展特色服务、施加多重保障四个方面入手探索“医养结合+智慧养老”模式。但也存在着政策法规制度不完整、信息共享不畅、适应性人才缺乏、“银龄信息鸿沟”等问题,因而有必要进一步做好顶层设计、加强平台整合应用、强化人才教育与培训、提高老年人信息化水平。With the aggravation of population aging,Jiaxing City began to explore the model of“combination of medical treatment and elderly care services plus smart old-age care”,which was carried out from four aspects:building of a service platform,provision of basic services,implementation of featured services and supply of multiple guarantees.But there still exist some problems such as incomplete policies and regulations,poor information sharing,lack of adaptive talents,and an information gap among the aged.Therefore,it is vital to conduct an excellent top-level design,strengthen platform integration and application,enhance talent education and training,and improve the informatization capacity of the elderly.
