摘　　要：目的通过对农村妇女“两癌”救助政策实施效果的研究,以推进建立完善的农村妇女“两癌”救助机制,提高救助政策帮扶效能,增强农村妇女的获得感和幸福感。方法通过问卷调查、走访调研等方法,对全国首批妇女“两癌”救助政策实施的试点县——扬州市宝应县的“两癌”救助政策的发展、执行、成效及存在问题等进行政策研究。结果“两癌”救助取得了良好成效,但也存在一些需要解决的问题。结论从增加政策投入、提扩大政策覆盖面、建立“两癌”救助长效机制等加以优化。Objective To promote the establishment of a sound relief mechanism for“Two cancers”among rural women,improve the effectiveness of the relief policy,and enhance the sense of attainment and well-being among rural women by carrying out research on the implementation effect of“Two cancers”relief policies for rural women.Methods The questionnaire survey,interview,and investigation were adopted to evaluate the development,implementation,achievements,and problems of the“Two cancers”relief policies in Baoying County,Yangzhou,a pilot county where the first batch of the“Two cancers”relief policies were implemented.Results“Two cancers”relief program had achieved good results,but there were still some problems.Conclusions It is suggested to increase policy input,expand policy coverage,and establish a long-term mechanism for“Two cancers”relief.
