摘  要:目的:探究氢氟酸灼伤的现场急救新方法,以避免或减轻氢氟酸对人体的伤害。方法:结合临床典型病例对氢氟酸灼伤的现场急救方法进行回顾性分析。结果:现场立即采用六氟灵喷洗创面可避免或最大程度减轻氢氟酸对人体的伤害。虽然其他用水冲洗等方法有一定疗效,但均达不到六氟灵的效果。结论:氢氟酸灼伤后第一时间采用六氟灵喷洗是目前最有效的急救方法。To investigate the first aid treatment for hydrofluoric acid burns and to avoid or mitigate their damage to human body,this paper analyzes first aid measures for hydrofluoric acid burns with typical clinical cases.It is concluded that the immediate use of Hexafluorine can prevent or minimize the damage to human body.Although other methods,such as water washing,have a certain effect,they are not as good as Hexafluorine.At present,the most effective way is to use Hexafluorine immediately after a hydrofluoric acid burn.
