西南地区生猪产业区域比较优势及影响因素研究

摘　　要：为分析西南地区生猪产业区域比较优势及影响因素,优化区域内生猪生产布局和生猪生产资源配置,促进生猪产业高质量发展,本研究首先阐述了西南地区生猪存栏量与猪肉产量变动特征,然后基于2011—2020年全国及西南地区各省(市、自治区)国民经济与生猪产业的相关数据,分别采用资源禀赋系数法和综合比较优势指数法测度西南地区各省(市、自治区)生猪产业的资源禀赋比较优势和综合比较优势,最后采用面板数据模型分析西南地区生猪产业区域比较优势的影响因素。结果表明:2011—2020年,西南地区生猪存栏量占比保持相对稳定,猪肉产量占比稳中有升。云南、广西、贵州和四川生猪生产资源禀赋系数平均值分别为2.52,2.16,2.04和2.00,具有较强的比较优势;重庆生猪生产资源禀赋系数平均值为1.17,高于全国平均水平(1.00),具有一般比较优势;而西藏生猪生产资源禀赋系数平均值较小,仅为0.16,不具有比较优势。重庆、贵州、云南、广西和四川生猪生产综合比较优势指数分别为1.54,1.39,1.32,1.18和1.10,具有一般综合比较优势;西藏生猪生产综合比较优势指数为0.09,不具有综合比较优势。资源禀赋在1%水平上对西南地区生猪产业区域比较优势具有显著的正向影响,经济水平在1%水平上对西南地区生猪产业区域比较优势具有显著的负向影响,市场环境和技术创新水平在5%水平上对西南地区生猪产业区域比较优势具有显著的正向影响,开放程度在10%水平上对西南地区生猪产业区域比较优势具有显著的正向影响,财政投入对西南地区生猪产业区域比较优势的影响不显著。鉴于此,笔者提出应对西南地区生猪产业区域差异推进高质量发展的对策建议:优化生猪产业布局,发挥区域比较优势;参与国内、国际双循环,提高生猪产业竞争力;促进技术创新,推动生猪产业高质量发展;加大In order to analyze the regional comparative advantages and influencing factors of the live pig industry in Southwest China,optimize the distribution of live pig production and the allocation of live pig production resources in the region,and promote the high-quality development of the live pig industry,this study first described the variation characteristics of live pig inventory and pork yield in Southwest China.Then,based on the relevant data of national economy and pig industry in China and provinces(municipalities and autonomous regions)in Southwest China from 2011 to 2020,the resource endowment coefficient method and comprehensive comparative advantage index method were used to measure the resource endowment comparative advantage and comprehensive comparative advantage of pig industry in provinces(municipalities and autonomous regions)in Southwest China,respectively.Finally,panel data model was used to analyze the influencing factors of the regional comparative advantage of the hog industry in Southwest China.The results showed that from 2011 to 2020,the proportion of pig stock in southwest China remained relatively stable,and the proportion of pork production was stable and increasing.Yunnan Province,Guangxi Zhuang Automomous Region,Guizhou Province and Sichuan Province had strong comparative advantages in terms of resource endowment coefficient of pig production,which were 2.52,2.16,2.04 and 2.00,respectively.The average coefficient of pig production resource endowment in Chongqing City was 1.17,which was higher than the national average level(1.00),showing general comparative advantages.However,the mean value of endowment coefficient of pig production resources in Xizang Autonomous Region was small,only 0.16,which did not have comparative advantages.The comprehensive comparative advantage indexes of pig production in Chongqing City,Guizhou Province,Yunnan Province,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and Sichuan Province were 1.54,1.39,1.18 and 1.10,respectively,which had general comprehensive comparative ad
