横向专业化、垂直专业化对养鸡户收入水平的影响研究——基于广东省四区(县)的数据

摘　　要：为提高养鸡户的专业化程度与收入水平,推动鸡养殖产业高质量发展,本研究以广东省四区(县)416户养鸡户数据为样本,采用多元线性回归模型和结构方程模型分析养鸡户横向专业化水平、垂直专业化水平对收入水平的影响。结果表明:养鸡户横向专业化水平与垂直专业化水平均在1%水平上对收入水平具有显著正向影响,且横向专业化水平在1%水平上对垂直专业化水平具有显著正向影响,垂直专业化水平在横向专业化水平对收入水平的影响过程中起到中介作用。说明横向专业化是垂直专业化的基础,横向专业化水平较高的养鸡户更倾向于使用垂直专业化生产方式,并在两者共同作用下提高收入水平。鉴于此,笔者提出了扶持农业社会化服务组织、引导养鸡户适度规模经营、降低养鸡户资金成本的对策建议。In order to improve the degree of specialization and chicken farmers’ income level, promote the development of high quality chicken breeding industry, this study took 416 chicken farmers in four districts(counties) of Guangdong Province as samples, and used multiple linear regression model and structural equation model to analyze the effects of horizontal and vertical specialization level on the income level of chicken farmers. The results showed that both horizontal and vertical specialization levels had significant positive effects on the income level of chicken farmers at the 1% level. The horizontal specialization level had a significant positive effect on the vertical specialization level of chicken farmers at the 1% level, and the vertical specialization level played a mediating role in the effect of horizontal specialization level on income level. It indicated that horizontal specialization was the basis of vertical specialization, and chicken farmers with higher horizontal specialization were more inclined to use vertical specialization production mode, and increased their income level under the joint effect of both. In view of this, the author put forward the following countermeasures and suggestions: supporting the socialization of agriculture to serve the organization, guiding the appropriate scale management of chicken farmers, reducing the cost of capital of chicken farmers.
