摘  要:为了探讨牛至提取物和枯草芽孢杆菌对哺乳期北极狐仔狐生长性能和母狐生长性能、腹泻情况的影响,试验采用2×2双因素完全随机设计,将75只分娩日期和产仔数相近的健康北极狐母狐随机分成5组,分别为对照组、试验组Ⅰ、试验组Ⅱ、试验组Ⅲ和试验组Ⅳ,每组设3个重复,每个重复5只,对照组在基础日粮中添加500 mg/kg金霉素,试验组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ在基础日粮中添加150 mg/kg枯草芽孢杆菌和200 mg/kg牛至提取物、300 mg/kg枯草芽孢杆菌和200 mg/kg牛至提取物、150 mg/kg枯草芽孢杆菌和400 mg/kg牛至提取物、300 mg/kg枯草芽孢杆菌和400 mg/kg牛至提取物,试验期40 d,每只母狐分娩当天记为试验期第1天,于试验期第40天分窝,测定各组母狐繁殖性能(母狐平均窝产仔数),仔狐生长性能(仔狐平均初生窝重、仔狐平均初生体重、仔狐平均分窝窝重、仔狐平均分窝体重、仔狐平均窝日增重、仔狐平均日增重、仔狐分窝体重均匀度、仔狐第21日龄成活率和仔狐分窝成活率),母狐生长性能(母狐分娩平均体重、母狐分窝体重损失和母狐平均日采食量)、腹泻频率和腹泻指数。结果表明:各组母狐平均窝产仔数、仔狐平均初生窝重、平均初生体重均差异不显著(P>0.05),各试验组仔狐平均分窝窝重、仔狐平均窝日增重与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验组Ⅳ仔狐平均分窝窝重、仔狐平均分窝体重、仔狐平均窝日增重、仔狐平均日增重、仔狐分窝体重均匀度、仔狐21日龄成活率、仔狐分窝成活率均最高;其中仔狐平均分窝窝重和仔狐平均窝日增重显著高于试验组Ⅰ(P<0.05),略高于对照组、试验组Ⅱ和试验组Ⅲ(P>0.05);仔狐平均分窝体重和仔狐平均日增重极显著高于试验组Ⅲ(P<0.01),显著高于对照组(P<0.05),略高于试验组Ⅰ和试验组Ⅱ(P>0.05);仔狐分窝体重均匀度极显著高于试验组Ⅰ(P<0.01),显著高于对�To investigate the effects of Origanum vulgare L.extracts and Bacillus subtilis on the growth performance of small foxes,growth performance and diarrhea of female foxes of arctic foxes(Alopex lagopus)in lactation period,a total of 75 female arctic foxes with similar health,birth date and litter size were randomly divided into five groups(control group,experimental groupⅠ,experimental groupⅡ,experimental groupⅢand experimental groupⅣ)using a 2×2 two-factor completely randomized design.Each group had three replicates with five foxes per replicate.The control group was fed the basal diet supplemented with 500 mg/kg aureomycin,and the experimental groupⅠwas fed the basal diet supplemented with 150 mg/kg Bacillus subtilis and 200 mg/kg Origanum vulgare L.extract.Experimental groupⅡwas fed the basal diet supplemented with 300 mg/kg Bacillus subtilis and 200 mg/kg Origanum vulgare L.extract,and experimental groupⅢwas fed the basal diet supplemented with 150 mg/kg Bacillus subtilis and 400 mg/kg Origanum vulgare L.extract.In experimental groupⅣ,the basal diet was supplemented with 300 mg/kg Bacillus subtilis and 400 mg/kg Origanum vulgare L.extract.The test period lasted for 40 days.The day of delivery of each female foxes was recorded as the first day of the test period,and the litter was divided on the 40th day of the test period.The reproductive performance(average litter size of female foxes),growth performance(average litter weight at birth of offspring foxes,average birth weight of offspring foxes,average litter weight by offspring foxes,average litter weight by offspring foxes,average daily gain of offspring foxes,average daily gain of offspring foxes,evenness of litter weight of offspring foxes,survival rate of offspring foxes at the 21st day of age and survival rate of offspring foxes),and growth performance(average birth weight of female foxes,litter weight loss of female foxes and average daily feed intake of female foxes),diarrhea frequency and diarrhea index of female foxes were measured.The
