摘　　要：为设计和开发电脑刺绣全成形鞋面,文中介绍电脑刺绣全成形鞋面的设计方法,阐述电脑刺绣全成形鞋面的开发流程,包括原料选择、平面样板设计、针法设计、花样设计、刺绣工艺和后整理等方面。该全成形鞋面成型度高,具有轻薄柔软、舒适透气等特点,其制作工艺简单、环保省料,从而为电脑刺绣机在新的鞋面领域的设计和开发提供依据。In order to design and develop computer embroidery fully-fashioned vamp,this paper introduces the design method of computer embroidery fully-fashioned vamp,and expounds the development process of computer embroidery fully-fashioned vamp,includes the selection of raw material,the plat pattern design,the stitch design,the pattern design,the embroidery process and finishing,etc.The fully-fashioned vamp has the characteristics of high molding degree,light and soft,comfortable and breathable,simple manufacturing process,environmental protection and material saving,so as to provide a basis for the design and development of computer embroidery machine in the new vamp field.
