摘　　要：文中介绍多组分功能性无缝文胸产品的面料开发设计及染色工艺两个方面。织造用14.58 tex莫代尔棉与2.22 tex氨纶丝外包3.89 tex/18 f黑色涤纶色纱(2030/18 f)涤纶包覆丝为主纱交织,用28针TOP2FAST型高速电脑单面纬编针织机,开发一款3D无侧缝瑜伽运动文胸,采用一浴染色法染色,在染整过程中加入功能性整理剂,使面料具有很好的吸水性、抗菌性及耐洗性。结果表明,一浴法染色不仅可以达到快速染色目的,保证了各项色牢度指标及功能性指标,还可以大幅度节约能源、减少排污、降低染色成本。This paper introduces the fabric development and dyeing process of multi-component functional seamless bra products.14.58 tex modal cotton and 2.22 tex spandex yarn for weaving are wrapped with 3.89 tex/18 f black polyester colored yarn(2030/18 f).Polyester coated yarn is interwoven as the main yarn.A 3D non side seam yoga sports bra is developed with a 28 needle TOP2FAST high-speed computer single side weft knitting machine.It is dyed by one bath dyeing method.Functional finishing agent is added in the dyeing and finishing process to make the fabric have good water absorption,antibacterial and washability.The results show that one bath dyeing can not only achieve the goal of fast dyeing,ensure all color fastness indexes and functional indexes,but also greatly save energy,reduce pollution and reduce dyeing cost.
