摘　　要：为使毛衬和服装生产企业进一步了解毛衬产品的发展趋势,掌握毛衬产品的质量要求,文中介绍毛衬的分类和结构特点,阐述质量控制关键点。指出外观质量方面应重视Velco魔术贴现象和断针类金属残留问题,内在质量方面应关注手感、甲醛含量、水浸尺寸变化率、蒸汽熨烫尺寸变化率对产品的影响,为服装用毛衬产品的研发提供了参考。In order to enable canvas manufacturers,garment manufacturers to learn more about the developments and quality requirements of canvas,this paper introduces the new classifications of canvas and their constructions respectively,states the key points of quality control,focus on Velco problems and metal residues from the point of view of visual appearance,while pay attention to the hand-feel,formaldehyde,dimensional change after immersion into water or after steaming press for intrinsic quality.It offers references for the developments of canvas for garments.
