摘  要:三组分纤维的定量分析一般没有像二组分面料固定的溶解方法,对于黏纤、腈纶、氨纶面料的定量一般采用99.0%N,N-二甲基甲酰胺溶解腈纶和氨纶,再用手工法拆分氨纶定量。为提高检验效率,本次试验采用备双组试样,选择无机试剂20.0%盐酸溶解黏纤,59.5%硫酸溶解黏纤和氨纶方法达到定量效果。试验表明,该方法准确可行,还可拓展到所有纤维素纤维与腈纶、氨纶混纺面料中,并从原理分析腈纶不会受损的原因,再次论证了方法的可行性。There is no generally fixed method of dissolution for quantitative analysis of tri-component fabric as the two-component.For the viscofiber acrylic spandex blended products,99%N,N-dimethylformamide is firstly used to dissolve acrylic,and then manual method ia adopt to continue the quantitative.To improve inspection efficiency,here in two sets of samples are prepared.The viscose is dissolved by 20.0%hydrochloric acid for the first,and then viscose and spandex are removed by 59.5%sulfuric acid.The experimental results show that the method is accurate and feasible,and can be extended to all blended fabrics of cellulose fiber and acrylic spandex fabric.And then why the acrylic fiber will not be damaged is analyzed,and the feasibility of the method is demonstrated again.
