摘  要:纺织品耐静水压试验中,由于不同织物的自身结构和弹性不同,会产生不同程度的变形。为研究不同变形程度是否会对测试结果造成影响,选取20块防水面料,进行加铁网和不加铁网两种条件下的耐静水压测试,随后对测试结果进行比较和分析。结果表明,对于无弹的面料,是否加网测试不影响其耐静水压能力;对于弹性明显的面料,加网可以明显提高面料的耐静水压能力;对于弹性不明显的面料,加铁网测试后,面料的耐静水压能力有变好的趋势。In the hydrostatic test of textile,different fabrics will produce different deformation because of their own structure and elasticity.In order to study whether different degrees of deformation will affect the test results,20 pieces of waterproof fabric are specially selected for hydrostatic pressure test under two conditions of iron mesh and no iron mesh.Then the test results are compared and analyzed,and a conclusion is drawn.Test results show that for non-elastic fabrics,whether to add iron mesh does not affect the ability of hydrostatic resistance.For fabrics with obvious elasticity,adding iron mesh can significantly improve the resistance to hydrostatic pressure.For fabrics with not obvious elasticity,the resistance to hydrostatic pressure of fabrics becomes better after the iron mesh test.
