纺织品复合与黏接技术用热熔胶膜的研究进展

摘　　要：近几年,纺织品种类越来越多元化,复合与黏接技术的出现更是升级了传统纺织行业,改变了纺织品的加工工艺,解决了近几十年来的智能元件与纺织品结合的难点。文中介绍两种技术使用的5种热熔胶膜的成分、性能;热熔胶膜的复合机理、黏接机理、加工参数;并总结不同面料热熔胶膜的选用及其对应产品的案例。最后对热熔胶膜在纺织品不同领域的应用进行介绍,并对两种技术在纺织行业未来的发展做展望。In recent years,the types of textiles have become more and more diversified.The emergence of composite and bonding technology has upgraded the traditional textile industry,changed the processing technology of textiles,and solved the difficulties in the combination of intelligent components and textiles in recent decades.The article introduces the components,performance of the five hot melt film used by the two techniques.The composite mechanism,bonding mechanism,processing parameters of the hot melt film.And summarizes the selection of hot melt adhesive film for different fabrics and the cases of corresponding products.Finally,the application of hot melt film in different textile fields is introduced,and the future development of the two technologies in textile industry is prospected.
