摘 要:硫在石墨矿中属于有害物质,硫含量的高低会影响石墨矿的品位。石墨矿样品在微机库仑测硫仪中经高温燃烧分解,电解池电解所消耗的电量可以得出硫含量。利用标准加入的方法做方法的回收试验,测得的回收率在92%~100%之间,微机库仑法的硫含量测定值与燃烧碘量法和X射线荧光光谱法测定结果相符。同时对影响微机库仑测硫结果的因素进行了分析,对于石墨矿中硫含量的测定具有重要的意义。Sulfur is a harmful substance in graphite ore,and the sulfur content will affect the grade of graphite ore.The graphite ore sample is decomposed by high temperature combustion in the microcomputer coulomb sulfur analyzer,and the sulfur content can be obtained by the electricity consumed by electrolysis in the electrolytic cell.The recovery test of the method was carried out by using the standard addition method,and the measured recovery rate was 92%~100%.The sulfur content determined by the microcomputer coulomb method was consistent with the results determined by combustion iodometry and X-ray fluorescence spectrometry.At the same time,the factors that affect the results of sulfur determination by microcomputer coulomb are analyzed,which is of great significance for the determination of sulfur content in graphite ore.
