摘 要:对大叶紫珠(Callicarpa macrophylla Vahl)中萜类化合物进行了研究。采用以中低压快速分离色谱为主,多种色谱方法相结合,对大叶紫珠中含有的萜类化合物进行分离纯化,通过UV、IR、NMR、MS等技术手段,对纯化的化合物进行骨架、构型确证。结果表明,从大叶紫珠中分离鉴定了6个萜类化合物,分别为urs-12-en-3β-ol(乌苏-12-烯-3β-醇)(1)、Oleanic acid(齐墩果酸)(2)、14α,18-dihydroxy-7,15-isopimaradiene(14α,18-二羟基-7,15-异海松二烯)(3)、isopimaradiene-3β,18-diol(异海松二烯-3β,18-二醇)(4)、3β-ace-toxy-urs-12-ene-11-one-12-ol(3β-乙酰氧基-urs-12-烯-11-酮-12-醇)(5)、ent-7α,16β,17,18-tetrahydrox-ykaur-15-one(ent-7α,16β,17,18-四氢甲苯-贝壳杉烷-15-酮)(6)。其中化合物(5)、(6)为首次在大叶紫珠中分离得到,为大叶紫珠中萜类成分的深入研究和开发应用提供了实验依据。Investigation of terpenoids from Callicarpa macrophylla Vahl were studied.The dichloromethane layer extracts of Phyllanthus urinarial were isolated and purified by medium-low pressure rapid separation chromatography,and the structures of the compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and NMR data.Six compounds were isolated from Callicarpa macrophylla Vahl.These compounds were identified as urs-12-en-3β-ol(1)、Oleanic acid(2)、14α,18-dihydroxy-7,15-isopimaradiene(3)、isopimaradiene-3β,18-diol(4)、3β-ace-toxy-urs-12-ene-11-one-12-ol(5)、ent-7α,16β,17,18-tetrahydrox-ykaur-15-one(6).Compounds(5)and(6)were isolated from Callicarpa macrophylla Vahl for the first time,providing experimental basis for further research and development of terpene components in Callicarpa macrophylla Vahl.
