摘　　要：通过对气体分馏装置丙烯精馏塔的主要工艺参数进行调整,分析进料组成、回流比、塔压和温度的变化对丙烯精馏塔顶丙烯纯度的影响,优化丙烯精馏塔工艺操作,保障丙烯产品体积分数(∅)≥99.50%,达到合格标准。The influence of the feed composition,reflux ratio,tower pressure and temperature on the propylene purity at the top of the propylene distillation tower was studied by adjusting the main process parameters of the propylene distillation tower in LPG fractionation unit.In the research,the process operation of the propylene distillation tower was optimized to ensure that the purity of the propylene product(∅)was not less than 99.50%to meet the qualified standard.
