摘 要:[目的]了解不同产地甘草药材质量的差异。[方法]以4个产区15批甘草药材为材料,按照药典规定下的检测项进行检测,并用非参数检验、逐步判别分析法、熵权TOPSIS法和R型聚类分析法分析不同产地甘草药材的差异性。[结果]所有检测项均符合药典检测要求;运用逐步判别分析从检测指标中筛选出5个特异性指标,分别为酸不溶灰分、水分、铜、砷、汞;根据筛选的指标建立产地判别模型,甘肃省白银市景泰县、甘肃省兰州市榆中县、内蒙古自治区鄂尔多斯市巴音乌素以及内蒙古自治区鄂尔多斯市杭锦旗巴拉贡的样品可明显分为4类,回判的正确率为100%;以水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、甘草酸、甘草苷为指标,运用熵权TOPSIS法分析不同产地甘草质量差异效果较差,运用R型聚类分析法效果明显。[结论]不同产地甘草药材质量有差异;逐步判别分析法是判别不同产地甘草的有效方法。[Objective]To understand the quality difference of Glycyrrhiza uralensis from different producing areas.[Method]Fifteen batches of Glycyrrhiza uralensis from four production areas were used as materials,according to the test items specified in the pharmacopoeia,and the differences of Glycyrrhiza uralensis from different production areas were analyzed by nonparametric test,stepwise discriminant analysis,entropy TOPSIS and R-type cluster analysis.[Result]All the test items met the requirements of pharmacopoeia.Five specific indexes were screened out by stepwise discriminant analysis,which were acid insoluble ash,moisture,Cu,As and Hg.Based on the selected indexes,the producing area discrimination model was established.The samples from Jingtai County,Baiyin City,Gansu Province,Yuzhong County,Lanzhou City,Gansu Province,Bayinwusu,Ordos City,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and Balagong,Hangjin Banner,Ordos City,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region could be divided into four categories,and the accuracy of the judgment was 100%.Taking moisture,total ash,acid-insoluble ash,glycyrrhizic acid and liquiritin as indicators to analyze the quality differences of Glycyrrhiza uralensis from different producing areas,the entropy weight TOPSIS method was poor,but the R-type cluster analysis method was effective.[Conclusion]The quality of Glycyrrhiza uralensis in different producing areas is different.Stepwise discriminant analysis method is an effective method to distinguish Glycyrrhiza uralensis from different producing areas.
