摘　　要：在新的发展阶段,实现畜牧业的高质量发展是满足人民对优质、安全的畜牧产品日益增长需求的有效途径。“十二五”以来,我国畜牧业规模迅速扩大,产业整体水平有了较大的提升,畜牧业生产运行情况良好,畜牧业生产基本满足了国内需求。基于新疆畜牧业发展现状,阐述了“双碳”和绿色高质量发展的关系;对畜牧业高质量发展做了简单定义;对新疆畜牧业高质量发展的现存问题进行分析;提出了实现绿色畜牧业高质量发展的路径。并以新疆畜牧业的未来发展为研究方向,着重探讨了新疆畜牧业如何从传统生产模式向高质量绿色低碳生产模式转型升级的相关问题。In the new development stage,realizing the high-quality development of animal husbandry is an effective way to meet the people’s increasing demand for high-quality and safe animal husbandry products.Since the 12th Five Year Plan,the scale of China’s animal husbandry has expanded rapidly,the overall level of the industry has been greatly improved,the operation of animal husbandry production is good,and the animal husbandry production basically meets the domestic demand.Based on the development status of animal husbandry in Xinjiang,this study expounds the relationship between“double carbon”and green and high-quality development;the high-quality development of animal husbandry is simply defined;analyzes the realistic problems of high-quality development of animal husbandry in Xinjiang;puts forward the path to realize the high-quality development of green animal husbandry.Taking the future development of animal husbandry in Xinjiang as the research direction,this paper focuses on the problems related to the transformation and upgrading of animal husbandry in Xinjiang from traditional production mode to high-quality green and low-carbon production mode.
