摘 要:北京市作为国家首都城市,各级各类机关单位分布众多,同时机关单位又是北京市公共服务行业中用水量最大、用水所占比例最高的行业。针对机关单位用水量不易控制、影响因素不确定性强等特点,制定覆盖主要用水行业的省级用水定额,逐步将水效控制在定额范围十分必要。基于样本统计数据,依托水效比较,科学筛选机关单位的适宜用水定额指标。以此为基础,计算北京市483个机关样本的通用与先进分级定额标准值,为完善北京市地方用水定额标准的修订与节水政策的完善提供参考。The government departments and institutions are the industry with the largest water consumption and the highest proportion of water in Beijing’s public service industry. In view of the characteristics of difficult control of water consumption and strong uncertainty of influencing factors, it is necessary to formulate provincial water quota covering major water use industries and gradually control water efficiency within the quota range. Based on the sample statistical data and water efficiency comparison, the appropriate water quota indicators of departments and institutions are scientifically screened. On this basis, the sample scores of 483 departments and institutions in Beijing are calculated, and the values of general and advanced grading quota standards are calculated so as to provide a reference for the revision of local water quota standards and the improvement of water-saving policies in Beijing.
