摘  要:针对忻州窑矿8318工作面回采率低以及维护效率低的问题,采用高水速凝水灰比为1.5:1的充填材料为核心的充填采煤工艺,完成了机械化充填设备的选型,设计了对应的充填工艺流程。无煤柱充填采煤工艺可减少工作面顶底板近160 mm的移近量,工作面围岩支承应力减少近5.2 MPa,应力集中系数降低0.31。In order to solve the problems of low recovery rate and low maintenance efficiency in the 8318 working face of Xinzhouyao Coal Mine, the filling coal mining technology with high-water quick-setting water-cement ratio of 1.5:1 is adopted as the core filling material. The type selection of mechanized filling equipment is completed, and the corresponding filling process is designed. The coal filling technology without coal pillar can reduce the displacement of the top and bottom of the working face by nearly 160 mm, reduce the supporting stress of the surrounding rock of the working face by nearly 5.2 MPa, and reduce the stress concentration coefficient by 0.31.
