摘　　要：以大海则煤矿201工作面为对象,设计开发复杂地质条件下煤矿智能化快速掘锚成套装备,通过整合掘进、锚杆支护、运输、除尘等多道工序,解决掘进、锚护和运输等多项工艺同步作业问题,实现煤矿井下掘进工作面综合机械化快速掘进,煤巷掘进平均月进尺从500~600 m提高到1500 m以上。Taking the 201 working face of Dahaize Coal Mine as the object, a complete set of intelligent rapid anchoring equipment for coal mine under complex geological conditions is designed and developed, through the integration of tunneling, bolt support, transportation, dust removal and other working procedures, many technological synchronous operation problems such as tunneling, anchor protection and transportation are solved, the comprehensive mechanization and rapid tunneling of underground coal mining working face has been realized, and the average monthly tunneling of coal roadway has increased from 500-600 m to more than 1500 m.
