摘 要:麻家梁选煤厂用B1200型带式输送机输出功率恒定,存在电能损耗大、无法实时监测煤流量等问题,对该带式输送机整体架构及其硬软件系统进行设计,利用PLC系统进行信号分析处理,并结合WINCC软件实现系统实时监控和远程控制。对比分析节能和恒速两种模式的耗电量差异,节能运行时耗电量、总电价降低30.02%、43.1%,达到预期节能效果。The output power of the B1200 type belt conveyor used in Majialiang Coal Preparation Plant is constant,and there are some problems, such as large power loss, unable to monitor coal flow in real time, and so on. The overall structure of the belt conveyor and its hardware and software system are designed, the signal is analyzed and processed by PLC system, and the system real time monitoring and remote control are realized with WINCC software. Comparing and analyzing the difference of power consumption between energy saving and constant speed modes, the power consumption and total electricity price during energy saving operation are reduced by 30.02% and 43.1%, respectively,achieving the expected energy saving effect.
