摘 要:晋能控股集团刘家梁矿8115工作面底抽巷大倾角带式输送机初始设计方案存在发生飘带安全事故的隐患,从上运凹弧段和下运大倾角段分别进行了转载式防飘带优化方案设计。应用结果表明:8115底抽巷大倾角带式输送机运行稳定,近10个月未发生一起飘带和跑偏安全事故,有效解决了带式输送机抬升至大倾角造成的飘带现象,安全、经济效益显著。There is a hidden danger of ribbon safety accident in the initial design scheme of belt conveyor with large inclination angle in the 8115 working face of Liujialiang Mine of Jinneng Holding Group. The design optimization scheme of transfer type anti-floating belt is carried out from the upstream concave arc section and downwards high inclination angle end respectively. The application results show that the operation of the 8115 bottom pumping roadway with large inclination angle belt conveyor is stable, and no safety accident of floating belt and running deviation has occurred in the past 10 months, which effectively solves the floating belt phenomenon caused by the belt conveyor lifting to a large inclination angle, and the safety and economic benefit is remarkable.
