摘　　要：本文以煤矿机修厂维修车间为研究对象,以价值流图分析为手段,结合鱼骨图分析找到影响设备维修效率的关键因素,分别从车间布局、人才育成、库存管理、标准化作业4个方面制定精益改善方案,实现维修过程精益化。实践证明,水泵维修交付周期缩短38.9%,增值比由8.5%提高到12%,达到了增强员工积极性和提高生产效率的目的。In this paper, the maintenance workshop of coal mine machine repair factory is taken as the research object,and the key factors affecting equipment maintenance efficiency are found by means of value flow diagram analysis and fishbone diagram analysis. The lean improvement plan is made from the four aspects of workshop layout, talent training, inventory management and standardized operation to realize the lean maintenance process. Practice has proved that the pump maintenance delivery cycle is shortened by 38.9%, and the value-added ratio is increased from 8.5% to 12%, achieving the goal of enhancing staff enthusiasm and improving production efficiency.
