煤泥重介工艺在无烟煤分选中的应用实践

摘　　要：为有效解决屯城煤业选煤厂粗煤泥有效分选问题,结合选煤厂煤质、工艺,确定在3^(#)末煤重介系统工艺流程中增设煤泥重介工艺,对煤泥重介工艺流程、系统配置进行了详细分析,实现了<3 mm粒级粗煤泥的有效分选。In order to effectively solve the problem of effective separation of coarse slime in Tuncheng Coal Industry Coal Preparation Plant,combined with the coal quality and process of Tuncheng Coal Preparation Plant,it is determined that the slurry heavy medium process is added to the process?ow of the 3^(#)?nal coal heavy medium system.The process flow and system configuration of heavy medium coal slime are analyzed in detail,and the effective separation of coarse coal slime with particle size<3 mm is realized.
