摘 要:实践创新人才的培养对国家创新驱动发展战略具有十分重要和深远的影响,也是面对当前产业升级和转型的迫切需要.探索与实践“专创融合”的专业实践人才与创新人才培养模式,设计培养学生学科专业实践能力与创新素养的课程体系,是培养实践创新人才的重要保障与有效举措.针对当前高校“专创融合”人才培养目标与地方产业经济发展关联度不高、专业课程与实践教学体系融合度不高、缺乏系统的评价与管理机制等问题,探索了基于“专创融合”视角下的实践创新人才培养路径,构建学生从创新思维培养到创新实践和创业训练的渐进式人才培养模式.The cultivation of practical innovative talents has a very important and far-reaching impact on the national innovation driven development strategy,and is also an urgent need for the current industrial upgrading and transformation.Exploring and practicing the training mode of professional practical talents and innovative talents with the"integration of specialty and innovation",and designing a curriculum system to cultivate students’professional practical ability and innovative quality are important guarantees and effective measures to cultivate practical and innovative talents.Aiming at the problems such as the low correlation between the current talent training goal of"integration of specialty and innovation"in colleges and universities and the development of local industrial economy,the low integration of professional courses and practical teaching system,and the lack of systematic evaluation and management mechanism,this paper explores the training path of practical and innovative talents based on the perspective of"integration of specialty and innovation",and constructs a gradual talent training mode from innovative thinking training to innovative practice and entrepreneurship training.
