摘 要:阻尼材料通过将外部的机械振动和声波振动转化为热能耗散掉,从而可以有效控制振动和噪声问题。环氧树脂具有机械强度高、固化收缩率低、耐腐蚀性良好及固化成型方便等优点,被广泛应用于军事及民用领域。大多数阻尼材料的使用温度接近室温,在环氧树脂中加入压电陶瓷和导电材料制备得到压电阻尼复合材料,可以大大提高其室温下的阻尼性能。综述了在室温下具有良好阻尼性能及高机械强度的环氧树脂基压电阻尼复合材料的研究进展,并对其未来研究方向提出了建议。Damping materials can effectively control vibration and noise by converting external mechanical vibration and acoustic vibration into heat energy and dissipating it.Epoxy resin is widely used in military and civilian fields due to its high mechanical strength,low curing shrinkage,good corrosion resistance and convenient curing and molding.The operating temperature of most damping materials is close to room temperature.Adding piezoelectric ceramics and conductive materials into epoxy resin to prepare piezoelectric damping composites can greatly improve their damping properties at room temperature.The research progress of epoxy resin-based piezoelectric damping composites with good damping properties and high mechanical strength at room temperature are summarized,and some suggestions for their future research direction is put forward.
