摘  要:卓越教师培养是全面深化新时代教师队伍建设改革的必由之路,如何培养中学卓越生物学教师是生物科学师范专业面临的重要课题。以惠州学院生命科学学院卓越中学生物学教师培养为例,探讨并提出了中学卓越生物学教师需具备的“KPDIS”五位一体必备能力,建议以OBE成果导向教育作指导,参照“一践行三学会”的师范认证毕业要求,以实施“UGSS”人才培养模式和“五个一”工程,全方位培养具备“KPDIS”能力的卓越中学生物学教师。The cultivation of excelent middle school teachers is the only way to comprehensively deepen the reform of the construction of teachers in the new era,but the connotation and standard of excellent teachers have no consistent definition. How to cultivate excellent biological teachers in middle school is an important task for biological science teachers’ major.Taking the cultivation of excellent middle school biology teachers in school of life sciences of Huizhou University as an example,this paper explored and put forward the "KPDIS" five in one necessary ability for excellent middle school biology teachers. It is suggested that under the guidance of OBE achievement oriented education,with reference to the graduation requirements of "one practice and three learning",the UGSS talent cultivation mode and "five ones" project should be implemented to cultivate all-round excellent middle school biology teachers with "KPDIS" ability. This provides a theoretical and practical reference for normal universities to carry out the cultivation of excellent middle school teachers.
