摘 要:为了研究ZnSO_(4)对钛基钛酸盐薄膜形貌和光吸收性能的影响规律,通过以ZnSO_(4)为溶剂的碱性水热法制备了新型钛基钛酸盐薄膜,样品通过扫描电子显微镜SEM,X射线衍射XRD和紫外可见光吸收光谱UV-vis进行表征测试。结果表明,没有加入ZnSO_(4)溶剂时,钛基体上纳米薄膜为纳米管结构;加入ZnSO_(4)后纳米薄膜从纳米管结构转变为叶片状结构,同时紫外可见光吸收能力得到了提高,吸收边向可见光方向移动,发生了明显的红移。In order to study the effect of ZnSO_(4)on the morphology and light absorption properties of Ti-based titanate thin films, new Ti-based titanate thin films were prepared by alkaline hydrothermal method using ZnSO_(4)as solvent.The samples were characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD) and ultraviolet-visible absorption spectrum(UV-vis).The results show that when ZnSO_(4)solvent is not added, the nanofilmon the titanium substrate has a nanotube structure;when ZnSO_(4)is added, the nanofilm changes from a nanotube structure to a leaf-like structure, and the UV-visible absorption capacity is improved, and the absorption edge moves to the visible light direction, and a significant red shift occurs.
