论增强大学生志气、骨气、底气的实践理路

摘　　要：增强大学生的志气、骨气、底气,对于实现中华民族伟大复兴具有重要的精神价值和政治意义。通过文献分析和类型分析,发现绝大多数青年大学生崇尚奋斗的生活哲学,在认清躺平本质后积极投入到奋斗者的行列。引导青年克服躺平心态,需要涵养青年大学生志气、骨气、底气,塑造大学生的奋斗观念,激发大学生的奋斗动力,生成青年的奋斗文化。高校要在加强理想信念、人民立场、利他美德和话语伦理的教育中建构青年价值观,在培育科学思维、实践思维、对话思维和智能思维中完善青年思维体系,在加强青年红色文化的理论学习、现场体验、沉浸式体验中唤醒青年奋斗记忆,进而引导广大青年学生在思想洗礼、在实践锻造中不断增强做中国人的志气、骨气、底气。In the new era,it is of importance to strengthen Chinese youth’s ambition,backbone and confidence of being Chinese for the spiritual value and political significance of the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.At present,the vast majority of young people in our country still believe in the life philosophy of“struggle”and actively join the ranks of strugglers after recognizing the essence of“lying flat”.In the sense of ideological and political education,the“ambition,backbone,and confidence”,which is completely different from“lying flat”,is a correct concept of values,a positive psychological state,and an objective spiritual force,and has the function of shaping young people’s struggle thinking,motivation for struggle as well as struggle culture.Teaching staff of universities need to strengthen the conscious construction of youth collectivist values,the construction of thinking paradigms and the awakening of“struggle”memories,so as to enhance young people’s ambition,backbone and confidence of being Chinese,and strive to realize the Chinese dream of the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
