摘  要:可靠性鉴定试验通常是在产品研制过程中开展的,其结果是产品批准定型的依据。最新版的可靠性鉴定试验标准自2009年颁布以来,在实际使用中陆续发现其存在一些问题,例如:产品必须服从指数分布和短时方案高风险等问题,已经难以适用于指导复杂装备的可靠性鉴定。因此,国内外均对可靠性鉴定试验开展了研究,以期提出符合工程实际的试验方案推导方法。从现有的可靠性鉴定试验标准出发,分别介绍了不同寿命分布的产品、基于加速退化方式试验的产品、小子样产品和复杂系统的可靠性鉴定试验的研究现状,指出了当前研究不足的地方,并为今后可靠性鉴定试验的理论和实践提出了研究建议。Reliability qualification test is usually conducted during the product development process, and the results are the basis of product approval and finalization. Since the latest version of the reliability qualification test standard was promulgated in 2009, some problems have been found during actual use, such as the product must obey the exponential distribution and the risk of short-time program is high, which are no longer applicable to guide the reliability qualification of complex equipment. Therefore, reliability qualification test are studied both at home and abroad in order to propose a test scheme derivation method that meets the engineering reality. Starting from the existing reliability qualification test standards, the research status of reliability qualification test for different life distribution products, the products based on accelerated degradation mode test, small sample products and complex systems are introduced respectively, the shortcomings of the current research are pointed out, and research suggestions for the theory and practice of future reliability test are put forward.
