摘  要:高压交联聚乙烯(XLPE)电缆的缓冲层因烧蚀而导致的线路故障已多次出现,其原因尚无定论。为了探究烧蚀故障的原因,从电缆阻水带缓冲层角度出发,分析了阻水带缓冲层含水率、电缆阻水类型和阻水带缓冲层电性能等因素对烧蚀故障的影响。结果表明:在电缆安装或正式使用之前,对阻水带缓冲层含水率、体积电阻、表面电阻和成品电缆缓冲层接触电阻率等方面进行检测,可减少或避免电缆缓冲层烧蚀故障的发生。The lines fault caused by ablation of the buffer layer of high voltage cross linked polyethylene(XLPE)cable has occurred many times, and the reason why the defects occurred is still inconclusive. In order to explore the causes of ablation failure, from the perspective of cable water stop buffer layer, the effects of water content of water stop buffer layer, cable water stop type and electrical performance of water stop buffer layer on ablation failure were analyzed. The results showed that in order to reduce or avoid the ablation failure of cable buffer layer, four aspects of water content, volume resistance, surface resistance and contact resistance of finished cable buffer layer must be tested before cable installation or formal use.
