苍术与白术的本草考证

摘　　要：通过查阅历代本草古籍,研究本草中记载的苍术与白术的形态、功效、源流等以及明确区分二者的时间,从形态和功效方面探讨二者混淆的原因以及区分方法。结果验证了本草古籍《神农本草经》中记载的术实为苍术,且将白术混入苍术中共同记载。苍术与白术混用千年之久,究其原因主要是二者的形态和功效过于相似,自宋代寇宗奭之后,苍术与白术开始明确区分,并不断发展。另外,本文还验证了《神农本草经》将白术作为了苍术的来源之一,明确了历代本草中记载的苍术与白术的区别,确定了明确区分二者的时间。This study clearly distinguished the forms,efficacy,and origin of Atractylodis Rhizoma and Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma recorded in the books of Materia Medica,it discussed the reasons for the confusion between the two and the differentiation methods from the aspects of form and efficacy of the herbs.It is verified that Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma recorded in Shennong’s Classic of Materia Medica was actually Atractylodis Rhizoma,and Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma was mixed into Atractylodis Rhizoma for common record.Atractylodis Rhizoma and Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma have been in mixed up use for thousands of years,and the main reason is that the form and efficacy of the two are too similar.Since Song Dynasty,Atractylodis Rhizoma and Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma began to be clearly distinguished and developed continuously.In addition,this study also verified that Shennong’s Classic of Materia Medica regarded Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma as one of the sources of Atractylodis Rhizoma,it clarified the difference between Atractylodis Rhizoma and Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma recorded in the books of Materia Medica of the past dynasties,and determined the time to clearly distinguish between the two.
