丛慧芳运用补肾和解枢机法论治围绝经期抑郁症经验

摘　　要：随着女性的社会角色逐渐增多,生活工作压力增加,在生育期向老年期过渡的生理变化期更易出现情志问题,围绝经期抑郁症的发病率呈上升趋势。目前临床主要应用雌激素替代和抗抑郁药物,但易产生药物依赖性,不良反应大。丛慧芳教授治疗围绝经期抑郁症有独到见解和临证经验,认为“肾虚-枢机不利”是本病的发病基础,“肾虚-枢机不利-心脑失济”是围绝经期抑郁症发病的病机关键,提出补肾和解枢机是围绝经期抑郁症的治疗大法,治疗以柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减,疏通气机、调和气血、镇惊安神,效果显著。With the multiple social roles of women and their gradual increase pressure on life and work,emotional problems are more likely to occur during the period of physiological changes from childbearing to old age,and the incidence rate of perimenopausal depression is on the rise.Modern medical treatment methods are mainly focus on estrogen replacement and antidepressant drugs,which are easy to produce drug dependence and large adverse reactions.Professor CONG Huifang has unique views and clinical experience in treating perimenopausal depression.She believes that‘Kidney deficiency-pivot obstruction’is the pathogenesis of perimenopausal depression,and‘Kidney deficiency-pivot obstruction-Heart and Brain disharmony’is the key pathogenesis of the disease.Therefore,the treatment principle of tonifying Kidney and facilitating pivot is proposed,and modified Chaihu plus Longgu Muli Decoction is applied,which has achieved a significant effect with its action of promoting Qi movement,regulating Qi and blood,as well as relieving convulsion and calming Shen.
