摘　　要：随着互联网技术的发展,一个兼具虚拟实在性的网络空间系统快速形成。网络空间安全是衡量国家治理能力和治理水平的重要方面。针对目前网络空间安全存在的问题,探讨维护网络空间安全的意义,提出进一步完善《网络安全法》、提高网络空间安全技术治理水平、完善关键信息基础设施保障制度、维护网络空间主权安全、确立多元共治的网络空间安全治理理念等建议。With the development of Internet technology,a network space system with virtual reality has been rapidly formed.As an important responsibility of a country,safeguarding network space security is an important pointer to measure the national governance capacity and level.In view of the existing problems in network space security,this paper explores the significance of maintaining network space security,and puts forward some suggestions for further improving the Network Security Law,improving the level of technical governance of network space security,improving the security system of key information infrastructure,maintaining the sovereign security of network space,and establishing the concept of network space security governance under multi-governance.
