摘 要:重庆市长寿古镇智慧化建设旨在保护和管理好优秀的古镇资源,发扬和传承传统文化,促进地方旅游经济的可持续发展。本文以地理信息系统(GIS)、物联网科学理论为指导,综合运用智慧城市、数字孪生等相关知识,通过对长寿智慧古镇运营平台实现的目的与内容、开发的方法与关键技术进行研究,开展平台的设计思路、架构设计与功能设计。在此基础上,进一步进行时空大数据治理,进行空间数据的结构设计、平台的概念设计与逻辑设计,建立了统一的基础设施时空信息云平台,逐步建成基于三维地理信息的长寿智慧古镇运营平台。在平台总体设计中分为基础设施层、数据层、服务层、应用层等层级,在系统功能设计上构建了营运中心展示页面、人流采集、智能停车、环境监测、智能安保等功能模块,使平台结构较合理,服务功能较强。平台的先进之处主要在于将前沿的三维地理信息系统技术与智慧古镇建设营运管理需求充分融合,综合集成了物联网、三维虚拟现实、实时流数据采集存储等先进技术和数字孪生理念,建设完成了智慧古镇运营平台,为智慧古镇的古镇管理、运维、运营等方面提供了方便高效的方法。总之,长寿智慧古镇运营平台通过对平台的设计与实现,对古镇的智慧化建设起到了很好的促进作用,同时,对其他古镇智慧化的建设研究提供了借鉴。The intelligentized construction of Chongqing’s Changshou ancient town aims to preserve and manage its excellent heritage resource, develop and inherit its traditional culture, and promote the sustainable development of the local tourism and economy. On the basis of the theory of the geographic information system(GIS) and the Internet of Things, combining with the knowledge of smart city and digit twin, the Changshou smart town platform’s design, structure and function were analyzed, through its purpose, content and key technology. the platform’s space data the governance of space-time big data, concept and logic structure were designed. Finally the unified infrastructure space time cloud platform was established for the Changshou smart town based on the three-dimensional GIS. The overall structure of the Changshou smart town platform included the infrastructure layer, data layer, service layer and application layer, and its system function design contained exhibition page of operation center, crowd collection module, intelligence parking module, environment governance module and intelligence safeguard module, making the platform more reasonable in its structure and more powerful in its function. The platform had advanced in its full combination of three-dimensional GIS and demand of the intelligence town’s operation and management, and comprehensive integration of the Internet of Things, three-dimensional VR, immediate data collection and digit twin theory, which could provide convenient and efficient methods for the management of operation of the Changshou ancient town. In brief, the operation platform of Changshou ancient smart town had promoted the local intelligence construction by its design and function, and the platform provided better reference for other ancient towns in academic study and intelligence implementation.
