摘  要:针对传统竣工测量方法存在较多局限性,无法适应信息化社会对于产品精细与高效的需求。本文利用三维激光扫描技术速度快、精度高、覆盖全等特点,对其应用于竣工测量的外业采集工作流程、内业数据处理方法以及竣工平面图、立面图与地形图等成果制作方法展开研究,并对数据精度与效率进行统计分析。结果表明,利用三维激光扫描技术可以满足竣工测量的测绘要求,有效节约了人力与时间成本,大幅提高了工作效率与成果精度,为竣工测绘提供了全新、可行的技术手段与生产模式。The traditional final survey method has many limitations, which can not adapt to the needs of the information society for fine and efficient products. Based on the characteristics of three-dimensional(3D) laser scanning technology, such as high speed, high precision and full coverage, in this paper, the acquisition workflow, data processing method, as well as the production methods of finish construction plan, elevation and topographic map were studied, and the data accuracy were statistically analyzed The results showed that the 3D laser scanning technology could meet the surveying and mapping requirements of project final survey, effectively saved the cost of manpower and time, greatly improved the work efficiency and accuracy of results, and provided a new and feasible technical means and production mode for final survey.
