浅谈哈语报刊语言规范问题

摘　　要：该文介绍了如何规范哈萨克语报刊语言,哈萨克语报刊存在的问题及规范的意义。该文主要从哈萨克语报刊编译方面着手,在编译过程中存在新词术语编译不恰当、报刊用语口语化、流行语的运用不当、句法成分的缺失和改变,以及翻译环境影响等问题。该文运用文献研究法、文本分析法,希望能对从事哈萨克语报刊的编辑提供哈萨克语报刊语言规范的参考建议,对学习哈萨克语的学习者起到正确的语言引导作用。This paper mainly introduces how to standardize the Language of The Kazakh newspapers, the existing problems of the Kazakh newspaper and the significance of the standardization. This paper mainly focuses on the compilation of Kazakh newspapers, and there are some problems in the compilation process, such as improper compilation of new words and terms, colloquial use, improper use of catchwords, lack and change of syntactic elements, and influence of translation environment. This paper adopts literature research method, text analyzing method, it is hoped to provide the editors engaged in Kazakh newspapers and periodicals with reference and suggestions on the standard of Kazakh newspaper and periodicals language, and play a correct language guidance role for language learners.
