摘　　要：该文以地方剧种武安平调、落子为研究对象,以武安方言为切入点,从文化新环境的角度对其传承与发展进行分析,具体阐述了武安平调、落子戏曲语言现代化的策略,以及传承者在寻求突破与创新方面所进行的一系列实践。方言是剧种的基础,通过地域方言手段,能够助力地方戏曲的传承与发展,地方剧种要很好地运用方言,以保持剧种的个性。同时,发展保护地方戏曲,需要化解方言在沟通上的障碍,让观众通过方言走近各地文化。加强戏曲类非物质文化遗产的保护,对其中蕴含的语言价值、历史价值、文化价值进行认真梳理,丰富它的表现和传播形式,有益于增强武安平调、落子为代表的地方戏曲的吸引力和竞争力,推进文化自信自强。This paper takes the local opera of Wu ’an Pingdiao and Laozi as the research object, takes Wu ’an dialect as the entry point, and analyzes its inheritance and development from the perspective of the new cultural environment, elaborating the strategies of language modernization of Wu’an Pingdiao and Laozi opera, as well as a series of practices carried out by the inheritors in seeking for breakthrough and innovation. This paper holds that regional dialect is closely connected with local opera, and protecting regional dialect is the key to ensure the inheritance of local opera. By means of regional dialect, it can help the inheritance and development of local opera. At the same time, to develop and protect local opera, it is necessary to dissolve the barriers in the communication of dialects, so that the audience can approach the local culture through the local dialects. Strengthening the protection of opera intangible cultural heritage, carefully combing the linguistic value, historical value and cultural value contained in it, enriching its expression and transmission forms, all above are conducive to enhancing the appeal and competitiveness of local opera represented by Wu ’an Pingdiao and Laozi, improving the cultural soft power and advancing cultural self-reliance and confidence.
